Results are built through both nutrition and exercise, but nutrition plays the bigger role. Many people follow the 80/20 principle, where about 80% of your results come from proper nutrition and 20% come from exercise. As a nutrition coach we will work on this in steps, no crash diets no harsh changes little by little with what is doable to your time, budget and lifestyle.
